Welcome Groupon! All About the Sole would like to Thank You for making our promotion a huge success and we look forward to servicing you. We decided to provide you with some great information to make your reservation and appointment wonderful!
- We are closed on Sundays. You may call but be mindful that we will return your call the next business day as soon as we can.
- Please leave a clear detailed message and repeat your number twice if possible.
- For driving directions please consider using Map quest; our address is 1114 Big Bethel Rd, Suite 110 Hampton VA 23666.
- We can only reserve 2 Groupons at one time per client. Groupon certificates cannot be used for Spa parties.
- We must have your Groupon at time of visit. We will not be able to render any services without it.
- At the time of your reservation booking please notify the receptionist that you are redeeming your Groupon! And we will need you to provide us with your Groupon certificate number.
- 48 hour cancellation is required; or you may be considered a no show. You may allow someone to take your scheduled appointment but we have to adhere to policy.
- Your Groupon is valid for 6 months. Therefore, we can’t commit to certain days or times only the dates and times that are available.
- The services you are getting was offered at an amazing rate, however we are not discounting your service, therefore gratuity should be based on the actual cost of service $60.00 not 29.00. We don’t make our clients pay a mandatory rate for gratuity, like most spa’s however we do ask you to consider that proper gratuity is any where between 15% -20% of the service and more if you like.
- Gratuity must be in the form of cash and paid directly to your technician.
