Floating wall desk – A floating wall desktop uses the same basic design as a floating shelf, obscuring the support structure in a hollow part of tabletop. Installing floating wall desk, push the worktop over the wall brace structure. Screws it in place along the back, a wood screw for every 4 inches, driven through the work surface in the bars behind. Place screws around 1 inch from wall. Add two more screws near the front of the table top, 1 inch from each edge and 2 inches from front. All screw parallel to the wall, up through the surface of the table and into the beam behind. Paint or stain as desired.
