All About the Sole Mobile Spa Policies

(POLICY SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.)

We love that All About the Sole Mobile Spa (AAS) is private and quaint. However, in order to keep it this way please look over our policy.

  1. Although walk-ins are welcomed we recommend and at times highly recommend scheduling an appointment. If you have an appointment please arrive no earlier or later than 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Arriving too early could cause you to interfere with someone's appointment. We want to provide you the same wonderful experience.
  2. Please note your scheduled arrival time. It will serve as the time we begin and end your services. Late arrivals will shorten the length of your services, however, you will be billed the full price of scheduled services.
  3. AAS is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
  4. Credit Card reservation is required for all spa packages and services. Gift Certificates will be used as a credit card hold; however you will lose your GC if you do not adhere to the policy.
  5. A 48-hour Cancellation policy is required at no charge. You will be 100% liable for all requested services thereafter. Please note Gift certificates will be voided if this policy is not adhered to. Please note, AAS will not accept tips via credit card. The standard rate for gratuity is 15- 20%
  6. All major credit cards and cash are acceptable. Sorry no checks unless you are VIP member.
  7. We gladly accept cash for your tips to our technicians and therapists.
  8. Please pull your directions in advance. AAS could be assisting other patrons, and unable to help you get here. Map quest is an excellent source.
  9. If you have a gift card you are using, please indicate this at time of scheduling your service. If you don't indicate you have a gift card at time of reservation you will not be able to use your card at checkout time.
  10. Gift certificates are NOT acceptable for spa parties.
  11. We require a cell phone or alternate phone number where you can be reached at anytime in case of an emergency. In the event you do not provide an alternate phone number, AAS reserves the right to reschedule appointments as necessary if unforeseen events cause a schedule delay or cancellation.
  12. AAS has the right to change, modify, or discontinue any services or products. If you have any questions or concerns always feel free to inquire with our receptionist.
  13. To redeem your gift certificate, please call us with your number and the exact services on your gift card. This is to make your visit at All About the Sole stress-less. Gift certificates are non- refundable, however it is transferable. Please when calling, provide AAS with a few days that may work for you, this will help us make your appointment the first time your call.
  14. Gift card balances $10 or less can be redeemed as gratuity.
  15. We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones on vibrate and to remember to speak in your spa voice (very soft) once you enter AAS if you must talk.
